This delicious, fragrant fruit has been popular in China for over two thousand years, and once you have tasted a lychee, you will know why! The sweet fruit goes well with stir frys and salads, and drinks, but most lychees don’t get that far, they disappear once the bag is opened! The harvest season for lychees is from around late May to early July, so don’t wait too long.
