Florida tropical fruits offer an endless variety of flavors, textures, aromas, and colors for those who use our tropical fruits in their dishes. From the creamy, smooth texture of a Carrie Mango to the crispy, crunch of a sweet Arkin Starfruit, our fresh tropical fruits make delicious pies, drinks, salads, stir-fry’s, or just served plain, as sweet as they are!

The recipes you will see here have been created by local professional and amateur chefs from , as well as growers who have shared their old family recipes using the tropical fruit that they know so . Many of the recipes were submitted by chefs from the Les Dames Escoffier organization from local chapters across the United States. We are grateful to all of them for sharing their culinary ideas with us, so that we can in turn, share them with you.
